48 mpg
Thats what I got on the weekend. Pretty good, but not great. When I get my camera to work I'll show updates with the evidence etc. of the problem on the coquihalla. I am still struggling to get my oil though!
Oh well. Car runs more smoothly after I ran straight diesel clean though it. Cleared ou the carbon nicely. Still want to do a diesel purge though.

I wouldn't complain about 48 mpg, be it diesel, gas or 'other'. The rental car I had on the weekend got on average, 7.6 L/100km - that works out to just about 30 mpg. This is a new car, with a 4 cylinder gas engine. I am pretty sure my Honda from the '80s got better mileage than this did.
The sad part was that it was so much better than my Jeep that I actually broke even with renting the car.
That is sad. 48 is good, but not great. I should be getting infinitely more. Right now the car is stinkly poor on the fuel economy scene on just diesel. I think i need some adjustments.
